Steel Wire Mesh-‌ Skeleton Composite Pipe | High Pressure, Corrosion Resistant & Deformation-Proof | Haierde

Steel wire mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe takes high-strength coated steel wire mesh skeleton and HDPE as base materials. High-performance pipe formed by synchronously extruding and compounding wound steel wires with internal and external HDPE via hot melt adhesive. It combines the high pressure resistance and tensile strength of steel pipes with the flexibility and corrosion resistance of plastic pipes, widely used for municipal water supply, industrial pressure water delivery and mine slurry transportation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Advantages compared with pure PE pipes?

A: Higher ring stiffness and tensile strength; large diameter pipes are not easy to deform; thermal expansion coefficient is far lower than pure PE.

Q2: Will it rust or delaminate?

A: Qualified virgin-material products will not delaminate or rust under standard buried conditions without long-term exposure; inferior recycled-material pipes are prone to delamination and water seepage.

Q3:  Disadvantages of steel wire mesh skeleton composite pipe?

A: Cannot be coiled; high requirements for electrofusion construction, poor welding will cause delamination and leakage.
